Private, Stress Free Grooming for Your Pet

Comfortable Grooming Experience

Point 01

English Friendly Service

Our English speaking staff are here to make your visit as smooth and comfortable as possible. you can easily discuss your pet's grooming preferences, health condition, and any special requests without worrying about language barriers. Whether you are recently moved to Japan or have been living here for years, we are committed to providing a welcoming , stress free experience for both you and your pet.
Point 02

Relaxing Private Grooming Space

We operate by appointment only, allowing each pet to enjoy a quiet, private environment without unnecessary contact with other animals. this helps reduce stress and creates a calm atmosphere where dogs and cats can feel safe and relaxed. It's especially beneficial for puppies, senior pets, and those who are shy or sensitive to noise and unfamiliar surroundings.
Point 03

Premium Grooming to Your Pet

Every pet is unique, and we believe their grooming should be too. Before each appointment, we take the time to understand your pet's personality, health, coat condition, and your grooming preferences. Every grooming course includes a Refa Fine Bubble Shower, which gently cleanses the skin and coat while promoting a healthy, beautiful finish. We are dedicated to delivering high quality care and grooming experience that both you and your pet can enjoy.

Our Grooming Services

We offer three grooming options to suit your pet's needs.

Quick Shampoo

Includes shampoo and blow dry only.
Perfect for keeping your pet clean between full grooming appointments.
Shampoo Course

Includes shampoo, blow dry, and essential care such as nail trimming, ear cleaning, paw pad care, and other basic hygiene services.
Full Grooming Course

Includes everything in the shampoo course, plus a full haircut tailored to your preferences and your pet's coat type.

Vaccination Requirement

For the health and safety of all pets in our care, we kindly ask that you provide proof of Rabies Vaccination and Combination Vaccination (within the past 12 months) at your pet's grooming appointment.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible.

・Cancellations made on day before your scheduled appointment: 50% of the reserved service fee will be charged.

・Same-day Cancelations or no-shows: 100% of the reserved service fee will be charged.

Matting Policy

if your pet has matted fur, an additional dematting fee may apply depending on the severity.

For heavily matted coats, we may recommend shave off the affected areas instead of brushing them out. Dematting can be painful and stressful for pets and may even cause skin irritation or injury. Our priority is always your pet's comfort, safety, and well-being, and we will choose the grooming method that minimizes stress whenever possible.
